Description
The proposal is seeking to permit commercial fitness centre uses within the existing buildings zoned Light Employment Zone and set a maximum Gross Floor Area limit for the proposed commercial fitness centre use to 50 per cent. A site-specific amendment is also required to reduce the parking requirements for said use.
