Description
The proposal is for a Common Element Condominium to provide pedestrian access to Trafalgar Road, vehicular access to Lillykin Street, and visitor parking spaces for 58 four-storey townhouse dwellings currently under construction.
A Part Lot Control Exemption By-law application has also been submitted to create the parcels of tied land for the townhouse dwellings.
