Service delivery and modernization opportunities

The town received funding from the Provincial Audit and Accountability Fund program to conduct a review of the property/land development approval service and identify modernization opportunities, including the evaluation of digital capabilities and functions. This review is part of the town’s Plan-it Oakville Program, which aims to modernize the property/land development service to an integrated, digital, customer focused experience.
