Election Workers

The next Oakville municipal election will be on Monday, October 26, 2026. 

During a municipal election there are a variety of positions that will become available to those eligible to work.

Eligibility

You may apply to work an Oakville election if you are:

• eligible to work in Canada
• at least 16 years of age

Hiring

Hiring for the 2026 Oakville municipal election begins in the spring of 2026.
