Shevchenko Parkette

About this project

As part of ongoing residential development in the area, the developer (Martillac Estates Inc.) has begun construction of a new parkette. This park, being constructed on behalf of the Town of Oakville, will feature a junior and senior playground area, Shevchenko memorial garden with benches, shade shelter and complimentary landscaping.

Project status

The park is scheduled to open in May 2025.

Design work for this park has been completed by the NAK Design Strategies.

The construction contract has been awarded to the Terrain Group.
