If you are in the process of purchasing a property and the sale has not been completed or closed, you are not considered the current property owner.
If you are an authorized agent acting on behalf of the current homeowner, you must have the current homeowner complete and sign the Owner's Authorization for Routine Disclosure form (pdf).
You need to submit this form as part of your Routine Disclosure application.
A $60 base fee applies to routine disclosure requests.
