Some online services unavailable until February 3
On January 30, 2025, we will be begin scheduled maintenance to apply enhancements to our online systems.
The maintenance will begin at 9 a.m. on January 30 and will be in effect until 9 a.m. on Monday, February 3, 2025.
Building permits and Zoning Certificates of Occupancy (ZOC)
Building permit and ZOC applications will be unavailable from 9 a.m. on Thursday, January 30, until Monday, February 3.
Online services
Some online services will be unavailable from 4 p.m. on Sunday, February 2, until Monday, February 3.
This includes services such as:
- Building Permits
- Inspection Requests
- Business Licenses
- Zoning Occupancy Certificates
- Online Tax Certificates
- Survey Requests
- Development Engineering Permits and Approvals
- Property Surveys
- Marriage Licenses
- Noise Exemptions
- Sign Permits

- Routine Disclosure
- Private Tree Removal Permits
