Notice of statutory public meeting for the Draft Old Oakville Heritage Conservation District Plan on February 3, 2025

Monday, February 3, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.
In-person and by videoconference broadcast 
Council Chamber, Town Hall, 1225 Trafalgar Road

In accordance with section 41.1 (6) (b) of the Ontario Heritage Act, you are invited to provide input on the Draft Old Oakville Heritage Conservation District Plan and Guidelines at the meeting of Planning and Development Council on Monday, February 3, 2025.

Instructions on how to view the meeting or participate in-person, by written submission, videoconference or telephone are provided below.

If a person does not make oral submissions at this public meeting or make written submissions to Council c/o the Town Clerk at the Town of Oakville, Clerk’s department, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, ON L6H 0H3 or at TownClerk@oakville.ca before the by-law to adopt this Plan is made, they may be denied an opportunity to appeal.

This meeting will be live streamed on the Live Stream page and also on the town's YouTube channel.

Individuals wishing to make an oral submission at this public meeting are strongly encouraged to register by noon on Monday, February 3, 2025 by signing up online using the Delegation Request Form.
