A unique access code and registration instructions have been mailed to property owners
Accessing your property tax information just got easier. The town is launching a new online service by the end of January 2025, allowing residential, commercial and industrial property owners to effortlessly access their property tax details anytime, anywhere.
The town has mailed a notice that will soon reach property tax owners in the coming days. This notice includes a unique access code along with step-by-step instructions on how to view property tax information.
To access this information, property tax owners can visit the Online Services page and must log into or create an Online Services account, select Property Tax Portal to register with the tax roll number, unique access code, and ownership name on the account.
If the access code has been misplaced, property owners can contact ServiceOakville to receive the code again.
Using the new online service, property owners can:
- View property tax information, account balance and payment history
- Sign up for, change or cancel a pre-authorized payment plan
- Generate a statement of account or tax bill (2025 onward)
- Sign up for electronic billing (e-billing) for property tax
- Submit a request to change a property tax bill mailing address
