The town has launched a new online delegation registration form for those who wish to speak at Council and Committee meetings about items on the agenda.
The new online Delegation Request Form enables a smoother process to submit requests and presentations, with automated confirmation provided to applicants for requests and approvals to speak.
The online Delegation Form requests need to be completed by:
- noon the day of the meeting commencing after 6 p.m., and
- noon on the last business day before a meeting held prior to 6 p.m.
All PowerPoint presentations must be emailed to townclerk@oakville.ca before noon on the day of the meeting.
