Notice of Intention to amend Procedure By-law 2020-011

A by-law to establish rules governing the order and proceedings of Council and Committees

An amendment to By-law 2020-011, as amended, the Procedure By-law will be considered at the Council meeting on Monday, June 19, 2023, at Oakville Town Hall, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville. The amending by-law will propose a revision to the composition of the Budget Committee which is a Standing Committee of Council. 

Further information about the proposed by-law will be available from the Clerk’s department on June 9, 2023.
