The Parkland Dedication By-law sets out requirements for landowners to:
- Dedicate a percentage of land for parks or other public recreational purposes as a condition of development or redevelopment,
- Issue a cash payment to the town equal to the value of the land otherwise required to be conveyed, or
- Convey a combination of land and money
