2026 Lower Baseline Road

Now a town-owned property, this former country club spans 44 hectares (110 acres) in northwest Oakville, with Sixteen Mile Creek running through the site.

The fully controllable location includes a 4,200-square-foot facility, previously operated as a private Italian club for 40 years, featuring a commercial kitchen, decommissioned outdoor pool, change rooms, mini soccer field, bocce courts, playground, and parking for up to 70 vehicles—all set within a large, wooded landscape.

130 Navy Street

Positioned next to each other downtown, these two buildings beyond their existing purposes could double as an education institution, government building, and a small hospital.

2302 Bridge Road

A former high school, the Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre (QEPCCC) offers a variety of unique spaces making it a perfect venue for conferences, special events, performances and more.

1225 Trafalgar Road

Complete with council chambers, and featuring a couple glass enclosed atriums, this location could double for interior/exterior scenes taking place in a court of law, hospital, and of course a town hall.

Town Hall’s large parking lot has been used as a basecamp for production/crew vehicles while filming elsewhere in Oakville as well.
