The proposed development includes three mixed use condominium blocks, four high density residential condominium blocks, four medium density residential condominium blocks, twenty-eight single detached dwellings, a transit terminal block, a 2.25 hectare neighbourhood park, part of a village square, part of a stormwater management pond, a walkway block, a block for the 407 Transitway, open space blocks, Natural Heritage System blocks and public roads.
