Description:
The proposal is for the creation of 35 residential units, consisting of 13 standard townhouses, 14 dual frontage townhouses and 8 semi-detached dwellings. The dual frontage townhouses will have frontage along Lakeshore Road West, with driveway access at the rear on the condominium road. The standard townhouses are located along the interior condominium road with 3 freehold units on Victoria Street public cul-de-sac. The semi-detached dwellings will also face onto the condominium road.
