This Construction Management Plan outlines the construction of 77 East Street, located on the southeast corner of Lakeshore Road and East Street.
The proposed development consists of a 10-storey apartment building with ground floor commercial.
The primary use of the building will be residential with commercial retail and amenity at grade.
Key details
- Site plan approved December 13, 2023
- CMP approved December 13, 2023
- Road Permit was issued for lane shift for East Street from Marine Drive to Lakeshore Road West including occupation of boulevard and road surface
- Lane shift began on March 8, 2024; to remain for the remainder of 2024. Both directions (north and south) of travel is maintained.
- Sidewalk closed on east side. Detour is on the west side of East Street.
- No impact on Lakeshore Road for 2024
- Excavation began end of January 2024
- Project scheduled to be completed in Spring 2028
- Parking by the contractor is not required at this time, under the first phase of development
