This Construction Management Plan (CMP) outlines the framework of activities for 2370 Lakeshore Road West, located along the south side of Lakeshore Road West between Jones Street and Nelson Street.
The proposed development is a six-storey retirement home with 159 units and a total residential gross floor area of 13,430 square meters and a commercial gross floor area of 467 square meters on the ground floor fronting onto Lakeshore Road West.

- Six-storey mixed use retirement home has received final site plan approval.
- Pre-construction meeting held on February 23, 2024 with town staff and Developer (Amica)
- Road Permit was issued for lane shift for eastbound Lakeshore Road West from Jones Street to Nelson Street ,including occupation of boulevard and road surface:
- Lane shift began on February 22, 2024; to remain for the remainder of 2024. Both directions (east and west) of travel on Lakeshore Road West is maintained.
- Bike lane closed on eastbound Lakeshore Road West from Jones Street to Nelson Street. Detour is: Jones Street to Marine Drive to Nelson Street.
- Sidewalk shift on south side of Lakeshore Road West. Sidewalk on both sides remain open
- Arrangements for on-street parking permits to accommodate contractors at the development are in progress. To date, the needs of the developer, as identified, can be accommodated within the parking permit area (along Ontario Street in the paid parking area).
- Excavation to begin in March 2024
- Project scheduled to be completed in March 2027
