Centennial Pool standing set

Did you know?
Our recently decommissioned and town-owned Centennial Pool has been actively rented out to film productions exclusively and used as a standing set since 2020.
Production rentals have included the feature film Slumberland and a few upcoming Netflix, Amazon Prime, and HBO Max productions to be released soon.
In fall 2024, Centennial Pool acquired a Standing Set Accreditation. This means eligible productions using Centennial Pool as a filming location can now receive the Ontario Production Services Tax Credit (OPSTC) at 21.5 per cent of qualifying expenses.
This tax credit is jointly administered by Ontario Creates and the Canada Revenue Agency. Read our news release to learn more.
