As a result of the slow system performance on the opening weekend of spring and summer registration, some electronic program receipts may not have been delivered. If you did not receive your program registration receipt(s) electronically, please confirm your transactions by following the instructions below:
- Sign in to iris using your personal ID number and Family PIN.
- Select My Account.
- Review the programs listed under Current/Future Registrations at the bottom of the page.
- Select Email Receipt on any applicable registration.
- Check your email mailbox for messages sent from iris@oakville.ca with subject line Town of Oakville - Recreation and Culture Receipt.

Registration opens for residents on February 9, for seniors on February 19, and non-residents February 22.
Registration for March Break programs opened on January 1 for residents and will open for non-residents January 14.
